Inspired by ceramic insulators found in electrical infrastructure, this incense holder reimagines industrial forms into a precise, meditative object. The chimney-shaped body is slip-cast in porcelain and glazed to a smooth finish, allowing smoke to rise cleanly through the top. Its base is CNC-milled from solid aluminum, sandblasted for a matte texture, and laser-engraved with subtle markings. Each kit includes a bed of quartz sand to hold the incense and catch falling ash, allowing it to gradually blend into the surface.
